According to the USDA report, from July 2 to July 8, 2021, the net amount of Upland Cotton in the United States will be 7825 tons in 2020 / 21, which is 34% less than the previous week and 51% lower than the average value of the previous four weeks. The main buyers are Turkey (2585 tons), Pakistan (1701 tons), Bangladesh (794 tons), Vietnam (794 tons) and China (794 tons). Japan (68 tons) cancelled the contract.

In 2021 / 22, the net contracted volume of Upland Cotton in the United States is 26400 tons, and the buyers are Turkey (13300 tons), Pakistan (5761 tons), Vietnam (2994 tons), Guatemala (1587 tons) and China (1111 tons).

In that week, the U.S. freight volume of Upland Cotton in 2020 / 21 was 42200 tons, 37% less than the previous week and 31% lower than the average value of the previous four weeks. Destinations include Vietnam (8664 tons), Pakistan (7371 tons), Turkey (5035 tons), Mexico (5012 tons) and China (5012 tons).
