Mainland Sales Progress To Accelerate The Introduction Of Subsidy Standards

The cotton farmers cooperative branch investigated cotton production and subsidies in 263 counties and more than 2000 designated cotton farmers in 12 provinces and cities in the mainland.

According to the calculation of cotton processing capacity and public inspection volume in the end of March, the cotton association of China adjusted the output of cotton in Xinjiang from 3 million 890 thousand tons to 3 million 570 thousand tons, and the area was reduced to 29 million 260 thousand mu.

The adjusted cotton area in China was 45 million 935 thousand and 100 mu, down 27.5% from the same period last year, and the output was 4 million 820 thousand tons, a decrease of 25.9% compared with the same period last year.

In March, the progress of the the Yellow River basin was accelerated, but the number of acquisition companies was still small.

Except for Shandong Province, the other provinces are selling faster than the same period last year.

As of March 31st, the the Yellow River basin's sales progress was 85.04%, an acceleration of 6.9 percentage points over the same period, an increase of 11.9 percentage points, and an average selling price of 5.64 yuan / kg, down 4.89% compared with the same period last year.

The subsidy standard of the Henan basin, Hebei and Shandong provinces has been promulgated, and the subsidy standard of Henan is 140 yuan per mu, higher than that of last year.

The retail sale of cotton in the Yangtze River valley was closed at the end of March 31st, with a progress rate of 96.96%, which was basically the same as that of the same period last year. The average selling price was 5.42 yuan / kg, down 2.87% from the same period last year.

The sales of the provinces in the basin exceeded 90%, of which the sale of Hubei was all over, which was faster than the same period last year. The two provinces in Jiangsu and Anhui had already sold 90%, which were slower than the same period last year. Jiangxi and Hunan did not make progress this month.

Except for the subsidy standard promulgated by Jiangsu Province, the other provinces have not announced the subsidy. The subsidy standard of Jiangsu is 206 yuan per mu, and the subsidy has not yet been granted.
