Implementation plan for pformation and upgrading.

According to the plan, the main business income of the province's textile and garment industry reached 1 trillion and 900 billion yuan by 2017, and the main business income was 2 trillion and 780 billion yuan in 2020, an average annual increase of 13.5%.
