Compared with the traditional electric flat car, it has more than 80% electricity saving, and the motor temperature is reduced by more than 50%. In order to reduce the cost pressure of garment enterprises, the original electric flat cars can be retrofitted, skilled workers can be refitted in more than 10 minutes, which can greatly improve the work efficiency and save a lot of energy. The operation effect of the modified flat car is comparable to that of the computerized flat car. After the transformation of the electric flat car and the addition of the numerical control system, the high-performance flat car is superior to the expensive computerized flat car. It is a new way to increase the technical level of the sewing equipment and save money and efficiency for the small and medium-sized clothing, footwear and bag enterprises.
